Greg Gambrell, walked up while I was working outside in the yard, and mentioned he was doing free roof inspections in the area, and offered to look at mine. He is friendly and very helpful, and was able to investigate the damages that was there. He worked with me and my insurance company to get a repair/replacement. Greg got the work scheduled quickly and was able to perform the necessary replacement within a week. He is a fantastic person to work with through this process and was always available to answer any questions I had. Great job, Greg!

Made my dealing with our roof repairs so easily and professionally. Replied quickly and communication was spot on. Easy for me to understand and knew what was going to be their plan. The 2024 spring hailstorms in the Metroplex really did a number on my house. The roof was trashed; you could see the damage from the ground. The fence needed to be re-stained, gutters replaced and window screens replaced. I bid the job out to a couple different roofers, but Greg Gambrell won me over for QR. He was always eager to come out and visit with me on-site and respond to my communications as I needed. QR basically served as a general contractor, taking care of all damaged parts and pieces. Each trade that came out did a phenomenal job. I’ve been through a couple of roof replacements in my time, and this one was the smoothest. The crew installed a great-looking roof including all trim and roof vents. There was always a supervisor diligently watching over the crew to ensure they met installation standards. I can’t say enough good things about the fence stain, gutters and window screen tradesmen, as well. All products came out looking great.
