I cannot say enough good things about SHANE ERWIN and his team at QR. From his initial assessment with our insurance adjuster to following up when the job was complete, Mr. Erwin has been attentive to every detail. I have never heard of a roofing company- much less a sales representative- trimming trees themselves to complete a roofing job, but Shane did. They could have "worked around" the trees over our detached garage, (avoiding a lot of poison ivy and bee stings) and it still would have been "good enough" by most roofing standards. But that is not the kind of person Shane is. The team he uses- under Valentine and Adrian- have just as high standards. They even added a vent fan and dug up and fixed a French drain that had nothing to do with their end of the job- they just knew it would cause me problems down the road. The crew were kind to our curious kids and treated our home/yard like it was their mother's. They worked from dawn to dusk; moving at the speed and with the skill of craftsmen who know what they're doing. The team is professional and do not leave messes or things undone. The warranty is impeccable. Here's the kicker for me: I made the mistake as the homeowner of *just answering without going out to look* when the project manager asked if I wanted to leave part of the flashing beige to match the house or gray to match the trim. When the job was done, I realized my mistake but didn't say anything. Shane stopped by the next day to review the work and asked if I really wanted it that way. I confessed no, but that it was my fault and didn't want the guys to have to come back out. Shane came back on his own time with paint and fixed it himself. These are people who give you the best price AND the best work. I've heard horror stories from friends about other "local" roofing companies, and I'm so thankful I did not use them, although their ads are everywhere. Great service! Starting with my salesman Greg who was so nice and comforting throughout the whole process. Normally, filing an insurance claim for a new roof would have cause me anxiety but Greg made me feel like someone was looking out for me. On the day of the project the PM Jody was so nice and communicated with me during the whole process. The crew was absolutely wonderful! The poor guys worked in the 100 degree heat but they got it done and what I appreciated most was that they put all my things they had to move out of the way back exactly where they belonged.

Outstanding! Brian Green was our rep, and he did a great job! We needed to get the roof put on to sell our house and Brian made it happen. 2 days after signing the work order his guys were there installing. They got the whole thing done in one day. Brian was on the site the whole time making sure that everything was perfect. Don't bother calling anyone else. Just call Quick!
