These SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the text messaging program (the “Program”) operated by Quick Roofing, LLC (“Quick Roofing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not opt in and do not send us your consent.
- Program Description
When you opt in to the Program, you agree to receive recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) from Quick Roofing. Messages may include appointment and job scheduling, service and status updates, dispatch and job-assignment notifications, account and payroll-related notifications, customer care, responses to your requests, and — where you have separately consented — promotional offers and announcements.
- Consent / Opt-In
You opt in to the Program by providing your express written or electronic consent — for example, by signing a consent form, completing a web form with an unchecked consent checkbox, or texting a keyword to our number. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of the account holder).
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services and, for employees, is not a condition of employment. Message and data rates may apply.
- Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the program(s) you have joined. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring messages.
- Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for each message sent to or received from us. These charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Quick Roofing is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
- Opt-Out / Cancellation
You may cancel and stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also use STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send one of these keywords, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and will no longer send you text messages, unless you opt in again. If you opt out, you may not receive further messages, including messages you may want.
- Help
For help or more information about the Program, reply HELP to any message from us, or contact us at 1-888-810-1002. Replying HELP returns a message with our contact information.
- Supported Carriers
The Program may be available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
- Privacy
Your participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.quickroofing.com/. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information collected to operate the Program may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages, solely for that purpose.
- Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
